WHAT DO WE TRAIN?

Saccadic eye movement

We train the eye muscles in a way that employed muscular endurance and help athletes improve their ability to focus on a single point or object and efficiently track different objects or people.

Stereopsis and depth perception

We improve binocular vision so that the athlete is able to accurately calculate the distance of objects or people and thus determine their place in space, calculating distances accurately.

Eye-hand speed and coordination

We improve the reflex response of athletes, we strengthen their peripheral awareness, key elements in the performance of any athlete.

Dynamic visual acuity

All sports require that the ability to follow moving objects or people be perfect on the playing field and in motion, at Eyebix we enhance it to the maximum.

Accommodation

All athletes require proper focus on changes in distance or while following an object that is approaching or moving, we perform exercises to achieve this.
